Return, Replacement & Shipping Policy
We DO NOT have any RETURN Policy.
We will refund or replace the product in the following conditions:
1. Wrong Product Shipped by us.
2. The Product Received is Defective
3. In case of wrong or defective product, pls make sure that you provide us with 360° package opening video and pictures as and when requested.
4. No Refund or Replacement shall be done without package opening videos and pictures.
Amount to be Refunded:
1. If you receive one or more wrong product or defective product in bulk order, we will refund only product value, no shipping charge will be refunded.
2. If you receive the entire shipment as wrong or defective, we will refund your product value as well as shipping charges.
What is the range of locations to which products are shipped?
We ship products throughout India!
What is the estimated delivery time?
We usually dispatch most orders within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Most of the shipments are delivered in 2 to 7 working days depending upon the location from which it is placed.
How does the delivery process work?
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
